Conor Mullen is a Vice President of Investments at Lightstone. Additionally, Mr. Mullen is the Managing Director of Lightstone’s Southeast office in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Mullen’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing equity and debt investments. He is also responsible for arranging financing for all Lightstone development deals and is a senior decision maker for Lightstone’s current and go-forward capital strategy. Since joining Lightstone seven years ago, Mr. Mullen has predominantly focused on residential and hospitality acquisitions and development, and has experience in all asset types. Mr. Mullen has played an integral role in $700 million of acquisitions. Prior to joining, he was an Analyst at Whitney Capital Company where he did multifamily acquisitions. Mr. Mullen received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cornell University.
