BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB IS THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP’S
NEWEST ADDITION IN JACKSONVILLE, FL PORTFOLIO

LAKEWOOD, NJ, NOVEMBER 28, 2005—The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, recently completed a significant lease with BJ’s Wholesale Club distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. The leading warehouse chain will utilize the 8011 Phillips Highway location for administrative offices.
