LAKEWOOD, NJ -- (OCTOBER 18, 2006) The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, is announcing a new lease agreement with Absolute Technologies at the Northside Mall, based in Dothan AL, and a lease renewal with Hollywood Tans at the Larchmont Commons mall, based in Mount Laurel Township NJ.
Absolute Technologies, a computer and technology retailer, has agreed to lease approximately 3,000 square feet of space, and Hollywood Tans, part of a national chain of indoor tanning salons, renewed approximately 2,600 square feet of space.
Jeffrey Dash, director of leasing for The Lightstone Group, adds, “The Lightstone Group continues to experience strong leasing activity throughout its retail portfolio. We are excited to announce our new lease with Absolute Technologies and our lease renewal with Hollywood Tans.”
The Northside Mall is located at the southwest corner of U.S. Route 231, just inside the northern city limits of Dothan, AL. Access to the mall is provided by Ross Clark Circle and U.S. Route 231. Formerly an enclosed mall, Lightstone recently renovated the location to make it an uncovered space, with the interior mall space slated to be utilized as flex and/or office space. The location is anchored by Home Depot, Books a Million and Steinmart.
Larchmont Commons Shopping Center is a neighborhood mall located on Route 38 at Ark Road, one mile south of Route 295 in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. This center is anchored by AAA Vacation Store, Burger King, Novacare Rehabilitation Center and Tot Time Child Development.
