25th STREET SHOPPING CENTER REACHES 99 PERCENT OCCUPANCY
FOLLOWING TWO NEW LEASES

2007 Lease Transactions Total Approximately 36,000 Square Feet for
Popular Outdoor Shopping Center

EASTON, PA. (October 11, 2007) –The Lightstone Group, one of the largest real estate owners in the country, today announced that it signed two new retail leases with Play It Again Sports and the Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped at its 25th Street Shopping Center in Easton, Pa. 

The two leases bring total 2007 lease transactions for the popular retail location to approximately 36,000 square feet, bringing the property to 99 percent occupancy.

Play It Again Sports® (www.playitagainspors.com), a franchised sporting goods chain with 400 stores across the country offering new and quality used sports and fitness equipment, signed a 3,395-square-foot lease for five years.

Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (www.pibh.org), a division of the Pennsylvania state motor vehicle agency which markets products and services provided by persons with disabilities throughout the state, signed a 6,000-square-foot lease for ten years.

Shadowed by a Comfort Inn hotel, the 131,000-square-foot property is home to a wide variety of high-profile chains, including CVS, McDonalds, Radio Shack, Petco, and Sherwin Williams, making it a thriving destination for shoppers. Retro Fitness, whose lease was announced in July, is expected to open in early 2008.

“This has been a great year for 25th Street Shopping Center, as the popular consumer retail trend has been to visit and shop at outdoor shopping centers,” says Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for The Lighstone Group. “Retailers recognize this growing trend and have been seeking outdoor venues, such as 25th Street Shopping Center. With such high interest, we expect to be fully occupied very shortly.”

Situated in downtown Easton off Route 22, the property is strategically positioned close to local-area attractions such as downtown Bethlehem, Pa., Lehigh University, Blue Mountain Ski Area, and Dorney Park.
