IN MOUNT LAUREL NJ

First Dinner By Design Home Meal Assembly Franchise Outlet In New Jersey Area

LAKEWOOD, NJ -- (OCTOBER 10, 2006) The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, is announcing that Dinner By Design, a national leader in the “make, take and bake” home meal assembly business and one of the most increasingly popular franchises in the country, will open a franchise location in the Larchmont Commons Shopping Center, a 127,000-square-foot neighborhood mall in Mount Laurel Township NJ.

This is the first Dinner By Design location in the New Jersey area and is slated to open on October 13th.

Dinner by Design is a home meal assembly business that has received national attention for its ability to bring convenience and time savings to busy families nationwide. Simply select menu items ahead of time and book an appointment to come into the location. In less than two hours, anyone can make up to 12 entrée meals for a family of four or more. Smaller families can even split entrées, leaving with 24 smaller meals. The Dinner by Design staff can even prepare meals for a pre-scheduled pick up time as well.

Once home, these prepared meals are put in the freezer for later use. At the beginning of the week, take out as many entrees as needed for the week and put them in the refrigerator, ready to defrost and put in the oven. Families can then enjoy freshly prepared home cooked meals for the week, without the time consuming home prep work.

Jeffrey Dash, director of leasing for The Lightstone Group, adds, “We’re excited to bring the innovative Dinner By Design concept to our Larchmont Commons location in New Jersey and hopefully we can help families in Mount Laurel and surrounding areas save time and join together to enjoy home cooked meals at the dinner table.”

Larchmont Commons Shopping Center is la neighborhood mall located on Route 38 at Ark Road, one mile south of Route 295. This center is anchored by AAA Vacation Store, Burger King, Novacare Rehabilitation Center and Tot Time Child Development.
