LAKEWOOD, NJ, SEPTEMBER 26, 2005 The Lightstone Group, a diversified real estate company headquartered in Lakewood, New Jersey, has announced several new leases within its 25th Street Plaza Shopping Center in Easton, Pennsylvania, bringing the center to 96 percent occupancy.
JimmeZe Jewelers is expanding from its Wind Gap, Pennsylvania location and will occupy 1,200-square feet. Chinese restaurant owner, Frank Qiu, is opening his first Pennsylvania restaurant, occupying, 3,300 square feet at 25th Street Plaza Shopping Center. Antonio’s Pizza and Deli has signed a lease for 2,280 square feet. Jeffrey Dash, director of leasing for the Lightstone Group, managed the leases.
“We are delighted to welcome JimmeZe Jewelers, Frank Qiu and Antonio’s Pizza and Deli to 25th Street Plaza,” Dash said. “We have been very successful in creating an engaging shopping and working environment at this center, which continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants and meet the needs of shoppers in the local community. We have one space remaining available, and at this rate, I don’t think that will be open for long.”
James Edward Sheredos, owner of the well-established JimmeZe Jewelers that completed a ten-year lease to house its jewelry store within 25th Street Plaza Shopping Center, commented, “This move is a great opportunity to expand our business in an active shopping center. Frank Qiu owns and operates several Chinese restaurants in New York and New Jersey, and has signed a ten-year lease for an existing 3,300-square-foot restaurant at 25th Street Plaza.
Grace Calantoni, principal of Antonio's Pizza and Deli, worked with Dash on the company’s new 2,280-square-foot lease at the shopping center.
The 25th Street Plaza Shopping Center spans a total of 131,477 square feet. Established tenants in the center include Silver Thorne Furniture, a supplier of high-end billiard equipment and game tables, Two Dollar Movies, a wholesaler which offers premier movie showings at discounted prices, Cottage Crafters and Antique Mall, a retail seller of crafts, antiques and baked goods, H&R Block, Eastern Tax Service, NY Bagel & Deli, Easton Video and NY Nails.
