The Lightstone Group Renews Long-Term Lease
with Ameraguard® in San Antonio, Texas

SAN ANTONIO, TX – (September 17, 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that Ameraguard® of San Antonio has renewed its current 7,314-square-foot lease at 5405 Bandera Road within the West Loop Business Park in northwest San Antonio, Texas.

Ameraguard of San Antonio, located near Interstate 410, is used as an office and warehouse facility. Other tenants in the West Loop Business Park include Southwest Texas Methodist Hospital, Plan B, Hill-ROM, and CRI Office Products, among others.

Ameraguard of San Antonio is a dealer for Ameraguard Coatings USA, a pioneer in the sprayed bedliner business offering commercial protective coatings for almost any application including trucks, floors, RV’s, freezers and decks.  Dealers also offer truck accessories such as grille guards, steps, toolboxes and more.
