RETAIL SPACE GOING FAST AT MOUNTAINVILLE SHOPPING CENTER
Two Lease Agreements with The Lightstone Group Brings
Allentown, Pa., Shopping Center to 99 Percent Occupancy
ALLENTOWN, PA (September 10, 2007) Available leasing space is almost tapped out at the Mountainville Shopping Center, which has just 1 percent of its 118,847 square feet available in light of two lease agreements with The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country.
The Lightstone Group today announced a five-year lease renewal with National Auto Sales for 7,476 square feet, in addition to a new 11,500-square-foot lease with Retro Fitness, which is scheduled to open in late fall.
“The Mountainville Shopping Center obviously is a hot spot for prospective tenants, as it’s situated in a high-trafficked area and is easily accessible to consumers,” said Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for The Lightstone Group. “We’re thrilled to keep National Auto Sales within the Mountainville family, and also excited to bring on Retro Fitness, which will provide more health-conscious options for city residents.”
