LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP BRINGS
TUESDAY MORNING TO LARCHMONT COMMONS SHOPPING CENTER

Closeout Retailer to Lease Nearly 7,000 Square Feet

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (September 10, 2007) — The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced a new five-year lease agreement with Tuesday Morning, a high-end closeout retailer that will add an extra shopping option for area residents.

Come October, Tuesday Morning will be leasing 6,794 square feet in the Larchmont Commons Shopping Center, situated on bustling Rte. 38 West. The Larchmont Route 38 Association represented The Lightstone Group in this transaction.

“As the township nears residential build-out capacity, already tipping past 80 percent, Tuesday Morning will become an additional resource for the nearly 12,000 families that live in the township,” said Jeff Dash, vice president of leasing for The Lightstone Group. “Tuesday Morning offers a multitude of quality furnishing and décor without the designer prices, so we’re delighted the store is setting up shop in Mount Laurel. The cost of living is high, so this partnership will provide an additional cost-cutting resource for consumers in need of home furnishings.”
