The Lightstone Group Announces Wachovia Bank Lease Extension at
Jacksonville Industrial Center in Jacksonville, Fla.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (September 8, 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that Wachovia Bank has renewed its current 66,930-square-foot lease for an operations and archive center at Jacksonville Industrial Center at 8539 Western Way in Jacksonville, Fla.
Wachovia Corporation is one of the nation's largest diversified financial services companies, and operates over 30 branches and ATM’s in the greater Jacksonville area. This particular facility in Jacksonville is used for operations services, as well as records storage.
