LIGHTSTONE GROUP ANNOUNCES LEASE RENEWAL WITH DOLLAR STORE IN HEATHER CROFT SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER LAKEWOOD, NJ, JUNE 2006 —The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, is announcing a 3,000 square foot lease renewal with the Heather Croft Dollar Store in the Heather Croft Square Shopping Center in Egg Harbor NJ. The 110,000 square foot Heather Croft Square Shopping Center is located on Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township and situated in Northfield, one mile east of the Garden State Parkway. The center services the surrounding communities of Northfield, Pleasantville and Linwood, among others. A Staples office store and an A&P supermarket anchor the shopping center. Jeffrey Dash, director of leasing for The Lightstone Group, notes, “Heather Croft Square is one of the top shopping centers in the region and we are pleased that the Heather Croft Dollar Store has decided to continue its commitment to the location.” |
