Fresh Produce Retailer Agrees To 9,000 Square Foot Lease In Bergen County Shopping Center, Former Location of Rite-Aid
LAKEWOOD, NJ, JULY 2006 The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, is announcing the addition of the Bergenfield Farmer’s Market, to the Newbridge Shopping Plaza. The market will occupy over 9,000 square feet, formerly occupied by Rite Aid, will carry fresh fish and other products in addition to a full line of exotic fruits and vegetables. The Market, which will be operated by Kee Young Chung, who owns three other stores in the state, will be one of the anchor stores at the center.
The Newbridge Shopping Plaza is located on Newbridge Road, 2.5 miles north of Route 4, a major North Jersey East/West thoroughfare. The property is situated in Bergen County and services surrounding communities such as Bergenfield and Teaneck. This center includes stores such as Autozone and Fitness Center for Women.
