The Chicago-based real estate investment trust touted “favorable economics” for tenants, but did not disclose specific terms of the leases.
Eight of the leases are either renewals or expansions by existing tenants in the 38-story structure, Prime Group said.
Those tenants are:
- Performics Inc., a search engine advertising firm, with 20,345 square feet
- Illinois State Board of Investment, a pension fund, with 5,865 square feet
- OnPoint Partners, Inc., a recruiting firm, with 3,226 square feet
- Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency Inc., with 2,906 square feet
- Three law firms: Fisher and Shapiro LLC, with 2,806 square feet, William J. Ralph, with 1,437 square feet, and Reza Baniassadi, with 900 square feet
- Anina Travel Service Inc., with 599 square feet
Moving into the building are:
- Collection agency Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., with 7,260 square feet
- Two law firms: Lannon, Lannon & Barr Ltd., with 2,335 square feet, and Poulos & Bayer Ltd., with 1,819 square feet.
Prime Group also said the building's location also played a role in the leasing activity. 180 N. LaSalle, with 770,200 square feet, is nearly 89% leased, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group Inc.
