LAKEWOOD, NJ, JULY 18, 2005—The Lightstone Group, a diversified real estate company headquartered in Lakewood, New Jersey, recently completed several leases within its commercial leasing division, totaling more than 140,000 square feet, at Sumac Place, Bay Center Drive, Philips Highway and Bay Meadows Way facilities in Jacksonville, Florida.

Recent leasing highlights include:
American Flat Glass Distributors, a glass distribution company, will occupy 104,000 square feet for ten years at Sumac Plaza, located at 6800 Sumac Place.
Jack Becker Distributors, an oil and petroleum products distribution company, expanded its current 32,120-square-foot lease to a total of 45,592 square feet at Sumac Plaza.
Columbia Analytical, an employee-owned, full-service analytical laboratory network that specializes in environmental testing, secured 15,000 square feet of office and laboratory space at 8540 Bay Center Drive.
Atlantic Home Technologies, a leading provider of home theater and entertainment systems, leased 9,500 square feet for a long-term lease at 8011 Philips Highway.
ERASJULLP, a distribution company, leased more than 1,000 square feet of space for its administrative offices at 8400 Bay Meadows Way.
