JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 2, 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced a new leasing agreement with MetroPCS Florida, LLC, for the company’s nearly 9,000 square foot retail location at 8021 Philips Highway in Jacksonville, Fla. “We are pleased that MetroPCS Florida is building a relationship with The Lightstone Group,” said Jeff Dash, vice president of retail leasing for The Lightstone Group. “The greater Jacksonville area will continue to benefit from such a high-quality retailer’s presence in the community.” MetroPCS Florida’s Jacksonville location is utilized primarily as a retail location for its cell phone and related products and services. The building is also used as a service center and houses additional support staff.
