LIGHTSTONE GROUP ANNOUNCES LEASE RENEWAL WITH
MOSAICA RESTAURANT AT MILLBURN MALL LAKEWOOD, NJ, JUNE 2006 —The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, is announcing a 1,100 square foot lease renewal with the renowned local eatery Mosaica, an upscale glatt Kosher restaurant at the Millburn Mall shopping center located in Vauxhall within Union Township. The forty-four year old Millburn Mall shopping center is currently undergoing an extensive multi-million dollar renovation by the Lightstone Group with new stores and cosmetic improvements including charming landscaping and shopper sitting areas. The full renovation should be complete by late summer.
