Prime Retail's Newest Outlet Center to Open in 2010

Prime Retail announced today Neiman Marcus Last Call will open a 28,000 square foot store at Prime Outlets -- Livermore, its newest outlet center located east of San Francisco and north of San Jose on Interstate 580 in Livermore, Ca., where it will serve more than 8.7 million people living within a 60 mile radius of the site.

Slated for completion in 2010 Prime Outlets -- Livermore, a $156 million, ground-up development project, will feature approximately 120 top designer and brand-name outlet stores and a gross leasable area 470,000 square feet.
