LIGHTSTONE GROUP RENEWS 12,000 SF AT 25TH STREET PLAZA


LAKEWOOD, NJ, MAY 10, 2006 - The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private owners of quality retail space in Pennsylvania, and across the country, announced it has closed more than 12,000 square feet of lease renewals at its 25th Street Plaza, located in Easton, Pennsylvania. Advance Auto Supply, an auto supply store, will continue to utilize its 9,000-square-foot space for merchandise sales, and Jenny Craig will continue to use its 3,400-square-foot space to conduct classes and distribute weight loss products. The 131,000-square-foot shopping center is currently 95 percent occupied.
