The Lightstone Group’s Kings Fairground Mall in Danville, Va.,
Experiences Flurry of New Construction and Lease Renewal Activity

DANVILLE, VA (May 2, 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that Kings Fairground Mall in Danville, Va., is adding a new retailer and renewing a lease with an existing tenant.

Joining the mall will be a new 30,000-square-foot Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, which is currently under construction and expected to open in the third quarter of 2008.  Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, the Mid-Atlantic’s largest retailer of closeout, surplus, and salvage merchandise, is known for its bargain prices; bright, lovely stores; and fun shopping environment.

Renewing its lease for an additional five years is Virginia Bank and Trust, which has been a long-time tenant at the Kings Fairground Mall.  Located at the intersection of Routes 29 and 58, the two major commercial thoroughfares in the central portion of the Danville area, Kings Fairground Mall is also home to Dollar General, Tractor Supply and other retailers.

“The Danville community will greatly benefit with the addition of Ollie’s as well as the continued presence of Virginia Bank and Trust,” said Jeffrey Dash, vice president of retail leasing and management for the Lightstone Group.  “We look forward to Ollie’s becoming a long-standing member of the community just as Virginia Bank and Trust has done.”
