Dollar General (www.dollargeneral.com), a Fortune 500® discount retailer offering basic consumer goods that are frequently used and replenished, has renewed their 7,040-square-foot lease for three years.

The 1433 South Dixie Freeway property, which underwent over one million dollars in renovations in 2006, including a new roof and new façade, has seen brisk leasing activity. The property is also home to other high-profile chains such as Sherwin-Williams, Sears Appliance, and Gatto’s Tire.
