25^th STREET SHOPPING CENTER IN EASTON, PA

Cottage Crafter, Inc. and Cynthia’s Tanning Sign Renewal Agreements

LAKEWOOD, N.J. (April 17, 2007) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, has renewed retail leases with Cottage Crafters Inc. for 11,766 square feet and Cynthia’s Tanning for 2,800 square feet at the 25^th Street Shopping Center located in Easton, Pa.

“The renewal of these leases offers our patrons a unique mix of privately held establishments and franchise-owned businesses for their shopping and service needs,” said Jeffrey Dash, vice president of leasing for the Lightstone Group. “The re-signings also maintain Lightstone Group’s commitment to retain popular tenants for our customers. Other key tenants at the 131,000-square-foot 25^th Street Shopping Center include CVS, Radio Shack, McDonald’s, Petco, Advance Auto and Sherwin-Williams.”
