JACKSON HEWITT AT MARTINTOWN PLAZA IN NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (April 17, 2007) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, has announced a lease renewal with Jackson Hewitt at Martintown Plaza in North Augusta, S.C.

Jackson Hewitt, the nation’s second largest tax preparation service company, has renewed their 2,000 square-foot lease for three years.

“Martintown Plaza is a high-traffic, highly visible facility that exposes Jackson Hewitt to a broad range of customers who need income tax services from both a personal and business perspective,” said Jeff Dash, vice president of retail leasing for The Lightstone Group. “This lease renewal is a great example of how strong this location is for Jackson Hewitt’s business.”

Strategically located in the heart of Augusta’s central business district and close to several major South Carolina highways, Martintown Plaza is occupied by national retail chains such as Office Depot, Dollar General, Ruby Tuesday, and Sonic. The property is shadow anchored by Walmart.
