LIGHTSTONE LEASES SPACE TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM IN MOOSIC, PA

Lease Transaction Located in Birney Mall Shopping Center


LAKEWOOD, NJ, MARCH 21, 2006 – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, has announced Laundry Room, a laundromat, has signed a lease to occupy 2,200 square feet of space in Birney Mall Shopping Center, located in Moosic, Pennsylvania. Jeffrey Dash, director of retail leasing for The Lightstone Group, served as the in-house leasing representative, while Michael Tomarelli of the Markward Group representing the tenant.

Birney Mall is a 193,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, located in Moosic, Pennsylvania. The indoor shopping center is located in Northeast Pennsylvania on Rt.11, with such notable tenants as Kmart, Big Lots, and Family Dollar.
