30,000-Square-Foot Lease Brings Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Store to

DANVILLE, VA (March 2008) The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced a lease with Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. at Kings Fairground Plaza in Danville, Va.
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet (www.olliesbargainoutlet.com), the Mid-Atlantic’s largest retailer of closeout, surplus, and salvage merchandise, is expanding its retail presence in Virginia with a five-year lease for 30,000 square feet. This new location is part of the company’s aggressive growth plan, for which they have recently opened locations in Elizabeth City, N.C. and Gloucester, Va.
Nestled on the Northwest corner of Piney Forest Road, Kings Fairground Plaza is strategically located at the intersection of Route 29 and Route 58 two major commercial thoroughfares in central Danville. Ollie’s new store location is joined by Dollar General, Tractor Supply, and Virginia Bank & Trust.
