The Lightstone Group Brings Trico Marine Services to St. Rose, La.,
with More Than 17,000-Square-Foot Lease

ST. ROSE, LA (February 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced that Trico Marine Services, Inc. signed a seven-year, 17,879-square-foot lease at 125 James Drive West in St. Rose, La.

Trico Marine Services (www.tricomarine.com), a leader in the marine transportation service industry with a fleet of 67 highly specialized vessels, will begin occupancy in second quarter of 2008, and plans to use the space as a general office and warehouse.

Conveniently located on the East Bank of the Mississippi River in a suburb of New Orleans, the single story building is in close proximity to Interstate 310, Route 626 and the Louisiana Highway, all offering easy access to the city of New Orleans.
