Feb. 22, 2006--The Lightstone Group announced that leasing activity throughout its New Jersey retail portfolio continues at a steady pace. Recent lease renewals at the Heather Croft Square Shopping Center and the Larchmont Commons Shopping Center total more than 18,000 s/f.

Recent lease renewals include a 2,000 s/f lease signed by Beneficial Bank to occupy space at Heather Croft Square located in Egg Harbor Township.

Heather Croft Square is the latest addition to Group’s retail portfolio.
