THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP SIGNS MORE THAN 21,000 SF OF LEASE AGREEMENTS AT LARCHMONT COMMONS SHOPPING CENTER IN MOUNT LAUREL, NJ

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (January 31, 2008) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, today announced three lease transactions with Aldi Inc., South Jersey Medical Supply and Kathy’s Touch Florist, totaling 21,330 square feet, at Larchmont Commons Shopping Center in Mount Laurel, N.J.

Aldi Inc., a leader in the international grocery retailing industry, serving Europe, the U.S.A, and Australia, signed a 10-year lease for 18,000 square feet.

South Jersey Medical Supply, a retailer selling durable medical equipment, product and accessories, signed a five-year lease for 2,100 square feet.

Kathy’s Touch Florist signed a five-year lease renewal for 1,200 square feet.

Conveniently located on Routh 38 at Ark Road, Larchmont Commons Shopping Center is anchored by a AAA Vacation Store, Burger King, Novacare Rehabilitation Center, and Tot Time Child Development.

Tenants are also joined by Tuesday Morning, a high-end close out retailer, whose 6,794-square-foot lease was announced in September.   These transactions bring total lease activity for the outdoor shopping mall to approximately 30,000 square feet since September 2007.
