THE LIGHTSTONE GROUP ANNOUNCES LEASE RENEWAL WITH CROWN CORK & SEAL AT BEAVER COURT IN HUNT VALLEY, MD

LAKEWOOD, NJ (January 2007) – The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, has announced a lease renewal with Crown Cork & Seal at Beaver Court, located at One Citation Road, in a suburb outside Baltimore, MD.

Crown Cork & Seal, a leader in packaging technology, renewed their 157,797 square-foot lease for five years.
