This former HUD 236 property with a small LMSA Section 8
contract is now rented as a conventional property. At the time
of purchase in 10/2003 some of the residents were issued a
Section 8 voucher to assist in paying the rents.

The Section 8 contract for 25 units was last renewed in 2004
and will expire 8/31/2005; the process has begun to request
renewal of the contract at expiration. No upgrades have been
made to the property since purchase.
