The 77 West Wacker Drive building represents the collaboration of designer Ricardo Bofill of Barcelona and Chicago architect James DeStefano. This 50-story tower boosts close to 1 million sf of Class A space in the heart of Chicago. The 42-foot ceiling creates a monumental space containing a black granite reflecting pool, Bamboo trees, and two sculptural groupings. | |||||
