 Pamela Z. Meadows
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Pamela Z. Meadows is executive vice president of human resources at The Lightstone Group. She has 25 years of experience in retail management, accounting and human resources. Prior to the Lightstone Group, Ms. Meadows was at Prime Retail joining their accounting team in 1992 and played a pivotal role in forming the company's human resources department as the company transitioned into a REIT two years later. Earlier in her career, Ms. Meadows spent seven years as an assistant mall manager at Shopco Management, where she was responsible for human resources, accounting, tenant relations and temporary leasing. Ms. Meadows has a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources and the National Payroll Administration. |
