Acquisition Criteria

Multi Family:

Minimum deal size 500 units, we would consider smaller properties
within our area of operation.

Retail:
Enclosed malls with a minimum of 400,000 sf
Outlet centers with a minimum of 200,000 sf
Open air centers with a minimum of 150,000 sf

Industrial:
Warehouse/distribution centers with a minimum of 200,000 sf
