 Robert A. Brvenik, president of Prime Retail, Inc. joined Prime Retail, Inc. in 2000. In this capacity, Brvenik is responsible for development, leasing, asset management, capital market activities and investor relations.Prior to joining Prime Retail, Brvenik was associated with Pyramid Management Group, Inc. for 13 years where he served in several key capacities including chief financial officer, chief operating officer, director of development and senior leasing representative. In addition, Brvenik has served as liaison with several large commercial and investment banks and has held positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Citicorp. Brvenik is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Utica College of Syracuse University. |
