 Pamela Z. Meadows serves as senior vice president of human resources for Prime Retail, Inc., bringing with her a strong background in retail management, accounting and human resources. Meadows joined Prime Retail’s accounting team in 1992. She was instrumental in forming the company’s human resources department as Prime Retail transitioned into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in June 1994. Meadows has been key in the development and growth of the Prime Retail team since The Lightstone Group purchased the company in December 2003. She has managed the integration of Prime Retail’s new vision into the employees of Prime Retail on both the corporate and center levels. Meadows is responsible for adding more than 200 new employees, including the addition of 15 new positions, two new departments and the upgrade and remix of Prime Retail’s existing talent. Prior to joining Prime Retail, Meadows worked for Shopco Management for seven years as an assistant mall manager where she was responsible for human resources, accounting, tenant relations and temporary leasing. Meadows is an active member of the Society of Human Resources and the National Payroll Administration. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland. |
