 Joseph E. Teichman, Esq., serves as General Counsel of The Lightstone Group. In that capacity, Mr. Teichman oversees and manages the legal function at the holding company and its operating entities. Prior to joining The Lightstone Group, Mr. Teichman practiced law at the New York law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where his practice focused on corporate transactions with an emphasis on leveraged finance transactions.
Mr. Teichman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia, PA and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
