Mr. Dash is responsible for commercial leasing and management of our retail strip portfolio, consisting of 20 properties totaling nearly 3 million square feet in 8 states. In addition to his retail responsibilities, he supports our interest in leasing office space in the Pennsylvania market.

Mr. Dash joined The Lightstone Group, in July 2003. Prior to The Lightstone Group, Mr. Dash was employed by the Saul Cantor Companies of Vauxhall, NJ, for nearly 11 years. His responsibilities included all leasing, management and accounting functions for the portfolio, which consisted of retail, office and industrial properties totaling 750,000 sf and 1200 multi family units.

Mr. Dash holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center.
