 Ms. Peters is involved in all legal aspects of Lightstone's transactions, including corporate formation matters, litigation matters and company contracts. Ms. Peters has specialized in corporate and real estate law since being licensed to practice law in New Jersey in 1993. Before joining Lightstone, Ms. Peters was a member of the corporate department at Sills, Cummis, Radin, Tischman, Epstein, and Gross in Newark, New Jersey and has had her own practice, which specialized in real estate transactions. |
