 Aryeh heads up all business aspects of Park Avenue Funding including loan origination, equity investment opportunities and banking relationships. Aryeh has more than 15 years in the real estate industry, including co-founding PAF in Fall 2003. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and head of the East Coast equity and loans office for JDI Realty, Inc. He has also served as a Vice President at Ellington Capital/Titan Management and as Senior Director at Brown Harris Stevens Commercial. He earned his Master of Science in real estate from New York University and his Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University. Aryeh lives in Westport, CT with his wife and two children. He is active in numerous social service projects including advising area youth on community service projects and serving on the Board of Directors of Temple Israel of Westport. He is also an avid bicycle racer and Ironman triathlete.
